Reservation Policies
Reservation policy:
- Arrival: 4 pm
- Departure: 12 pm
- We accept Visa and MasterCard
- All reservations must be guaranteed with a 50$ deposit either by credit card or cash, or of $100 per suite for an overnight stay.
- Accommodations are free for children 5 years old and younger.
- No pets allowed.
- The establishment is entirely smoke-free.
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice and are in Canadian funds.
- Special prices for December 31st and January 1st.
- Taxes are not included.
- Should there be a major breakage or equipment failure at the Auberge which does not impede the event to take place, some restrictions and accessibility to some services may be restricted without compensation.
Cancellation policy:
- All cancellations or modifications will incur a cost of $25.
- If the cancellation occurs 10 days prior to arrival, the cost will increase to $50 per room and $100 per suite for an overnight stay.
- If the cancellation occurs three days prior to arrival, you will be charged for the cost of the room.
