A deposit of $50 per room or $100 per suite, per night is requested at time of booking.
A deposit of 30 % of the total rental cost of a condominium is requested at time of booking.
Accommodations are free for children 12 years old and younger.
No pets allowed.
The establishment is entirely smoke-free.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice and are in Canadian funds.
A $15 supplement is applicable on December 31st.
A 15% taxable tip will be added automatically on food and/or beverage purchases to the exception of breakfast where it is already included.
Lodging tax and regular taxes are not included in the prices.
Should there be a major breakage or equipment failure at the Auberge which does not impede the event to take place, some restrictions and accessibility to some services may be restricted without compensation.
Cancellation policy (rooms and suites) :
If the cancellation occurs within 7 days prior to arrival, the cost will increase to $50 per room and $100 per suite for an overnight stay (the deposit).
If the cancellation occurs within 3 days prior to arrival, you will be charged the cost of a single occupancy.
Cancellation policy (condominium) :
All cancellations will incur a cost of $50.
If cancellation occurs within 30 days prior to arrival, the cost will be 30% of the total invoice amount (the deposit) .
If the cancellation occurs within 14 days prior to arrival, you will be charged for the total cost of the condominium.
