1. Pr\u00e9parez votre sortie<\/strong><\/p>

Assurez-vous que votre \u00e9quipement soit en bon \u00e9tat et d\u2019avoir en main le mat\u00e9riel pour effectuer une r\u00e9paration. Ne surestimez pas vos aptitudes. V\u00e9rifiez les pr\u00e9visions m\u00e9t\u00e9orologiques pour vous pr\u00e9parer en cons\u00e9quence.<\/p>

2.\u00a0Ne roulez pas dans un sentier ferm\u00e9<\/strong><\/p>

Un sentier peut \u00eatre ferm\u00e9 pour prot\u00e9ger l\u2019environnement ou pour vous \u00e9viter des blessures. Rouler dans un sentier ferm\u00e9 peut \u00eatre dangereux ou causer des dommages.<\/p>

3.\u00a0\u00c9vitez de rouler dans la boue<\/strong><\/p>

Assurez-vous que le sentier est praticable. Rouler dans un sentier boueux cause une \u00e9rosion accrue de celui-ci qui cause l\u2019\u00e9largissement du sentier et des dommages difficiles \u00e0 effacer.<\/p>

4. Respectez la faune et l’environnement<\/strong><\/p>

Roulez de mani\u00e8re \u00e0 ne pas d\u00e9t\u00e9riorer le sentier: \u00e9vitez les d\u00e9rapages et les blocages de roues inutiles. Ne jetez pas de d\u00e9tritus dans les sentiers et n\u2019effrayez pas les animaux.<\/p>

5. Roulez toujours dans le sentier<\/strong><\/p>

Ne roulez pas intentionnellement hors des sentiers. \u00c9vitez de prendre un raccourci non balis\u00e9, ce qui pourrait vous causer des dommages, de m\u00eame qu\u2019\u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9cosyst\u00e8me.<\/p>

6. Roulez avec prudence et restez courtois en tout temps<\/strong><\/p>

Ralentissez lorsque vous arrivez pr\u00e8s d\u2019autres cyclistes et annoncez-leur poliment votre approche. Dans la descente d’un sentier \u00e0 double sens, le cycliste ascendant a priorit\u00e9 sur le cycliste descendant.<\/p>

7. Roulez lentement dans les sentiers achaland\u00e9s<\/strong><\/p>

Pour votre s\u00e9curit\u00e9 et celles des autres, roulez lentement lorsque les sentiers sont achaland\u00e9s.\u00a0<\/p>

8. Portez un casque<\/strong><\/p>

Il est fortement recommand\u00e9 de porter un casque en tout temps pendant votre activit\u00e9.<\/p>
