1. What time of the day can I buy a four-hour block?
   The four-hour block can be purchased at any time and can start the moment it is purchased.

2. What time of day can I purchase a 2-hour block?
   The 2-hour block is available at fixed hours. It is sold between 2PM and 4 PM during the day and from 20PM to 22PM when the site is open during the evening.

3. I am eligible for a discount. Can I apply it to a 2 hour or 4 hour block?
   No discount can be applied to a 2 hour or 4 hour block.

4. I am 60 years old and benefit from a special price for my lift ticket. Am I obligated to have an ID to obtain the special price?
   Yes. It is mandatory to present an ID to obtain the special price.

5. My child will be skiing this Sunday evening. Is there a special price for children?
   Yes. You must present an ID to obtain the special price.

6. I am planning on skiing this Sunday evening and to enjoy the special pricing of $xx Can I apply another rebate to this pricing?
   No. The Sunday evening tickets are already at a special price, no further rebate can be applied.

7. My child will be skiing this Sunday evening. Is there a special price for children?
   No. The Sunday special is at $12,18 for all age groups.

8. When are the regular pre-sale tickets valid?
   When a regular ticket is purchased during the pre-sale, it is valid from 8:30AM to 4 PM or from 12:30 PM to 09:00 PM*.
   *On open nights.

9. When are the tickets for the mini-season ski pass valid?
   The mini-season ski pass tickets are valid from the opening time to the closing time. Consult the calendar to find out the schedule of the site.

10. When pre-sale tickets are purchased, do they expire?
    Except for the odd case, there is no expiry date for the pre-sale tickets. One pre-sale purchased ticket, which is not used during the season, can be used throughout the course of another season.

11. What are the opening hours of the station?
    During the week, the site is open from 9 AM to 4 PM, unless there is an open night. In that case, the site closes at 10PM. On the weekend, the site opens at 8:30AM and closes at 10PM, unless there is no open night. In that case, the site closes at 4PM. Consult the calendar to find out the schedule of the site.

12. Is the pricing during the Holiday season the same as the normal weekday or weekend cost?
    During the Holiday season, the pricing is the same as during the weekend. See calendar for more precise dates.

13. Is the pricing during the March break the same as the normal weekday or weekend cost?
    During March break, the prices are the same as during the weekend.

14. Do I have to pay to use the magic carpet?
    No. The magic carpet is free.

15. Is the magic carpet exclusive to children and to those taking courses?
    No. Everyone can access the magic carpet.
