How can I purchase a season pass?
You must first of all fill out the sign up sheet that is available on the Internet or at the information kiosk at the site. After completing it, you must bring it in to the attendants at the kiosk, complete your payment and have your photo taken for your season pass. -
How do I pay for my season pass?
The season pass can be paid by cash, debit or by cheque. No credit cards are accepted. For the majority of the season passes, you will have the possibility of paying in three equal instalments. (To find out more, please consult the Season Pass section). -
Can I bring my own photo for my season pass?
No. Our system does not allow us to use a picture that does not come directly from the site’s camera. -
I have a season pass at Val Saint-Côme. Am I entitled to a discount on my ticket at another ski site in Quebec?
Yes. Some ski stations* have established inter-station exchanges, and allow a rebate on your day pass. Nonetheless, it is obligatory to have a valid pass at all times.

I have a season pass at the Val Saint-Côme ski station. Can I get a rebate for someone who is accompanying me?
No. The season pass allows only the pass holder to benefit from discounts during the periods your pass is not valid. -
I have a weekly or restricted pass. Am I entitled to a discount on my weekend ticket?
Yes. When presenting your pass, you will get a 30% discount on your ticket. -
I have an evening pass. Am I entitled to a discount on my day ticket?
Yes. When presenting your pass, you will receive a 30% discount on your ticket.
