1What are the conditions of the slopes?

Our trails are currently under development. The map presented is constantly evolving, with new additions every week.

2Are their slopes adapted to beginners?

Yes, we have beginner trails as well as practice courses at the bottom of the mountain (coming soon).

3What are your opening hours?

Opening hours for biking:

  • Friday 9:30am-5pm
  • Saturday 9:30am-5pm
  • Sunday 9:30am-5pm

Opening hours for hiking and walking:

  • Friday 10am-4pm
  • Saturday 10am-4pm
  • Sunday 10am-4pm
4Are there rental services?

Yes, we have a full bike rental service located in our service chalet near the ticket office.

5What facilities are available?

Accommodation: Coolbox (directly on the trails), Hotel Val Saint-Côme, Chalets Oxygen (1 minute from the mountain)

Vanlife space with several accommodations is available.

Restaurants: Rosee Blanche (located in the Auberge Val Saint-Côme directly on the trails)

Restaurant-Bar Le Pitch (located at the skiers’ chalet)

6Is there a bike park or any specific characteristics like jumps?

Yes, there will be jumps of all levels and several modules in different trails.

7Are guided visits or lessons available?

We will be organizing specific days for introductory courses. Stay tuned to be the first to know, as space will be limited. You can also join the waiting list to be contacted when the dates are announced.

8What security measures or driving advice are suggested for your slopes?

We follow all Vélo Québec safety recommendations. For more details, visit their website: Vélo Québec.

9Are fat bikes allowed?

Yes, fat bikes are allowed on the slopes and lifts if their wheels are less than 3 inches thick to allow for proper positioning on the lift rack.

10Are electric bikes allowed?

Yes, electric bikes are allowed on the trails and the ski lift. Surron-type motorcycles are strictly prohibited on the mountain.

11Will there be bike washing stations?

Yes, there will be 2 bike wash stations.

1What are the opening hours of the mountain?

Check the mountain schedule at any time on our dedicated page. We reserve the right to change schedules without notice. Contact our customer service for more information.

2How can I check the conditions of the slopes in real time?

Go to our site conditions page to consult the mountain conditions in real time. 

3Do you offer night time skiing? How many slopes are open?

Yes! We offer 12 lit up slopes for night time skiing. Consult our schedule to learn about our operating hours. 

4How do you prepare your slopes for the night time ski?

Our maintenance team reworks the slopes between 3-4pm for the night time ski.

5 Do you have slopes for beginners?

Yes! We have 8 slopes dedicated to beginners, as well as a slope dedicated to our classes so you can learn in complete safety!

6How to know the status of the mechanical lifts?

Consulate our conditions page to check the real time status of the mechanical lifts.

7 Is the slope school free?

Yes, the magic carpet on the school slope is free. It is available from opening time until 4pm.

8What are the ticket prices for a full day?

Daily ticket prices vary depending on the time of year and current promotions. Visit our online ticketing service to get the best price and choose the option that’s right for you.

9Where do I pick up my subscription?

You can retrieve your subscription at the Customer Service Center, located in the Service Chalet. Present your emailed QR code during your online transaction.

10What is your return policy for daily tickets?

Day tickets are non-refundable. However, you can transfer them to a later date up to 24 hours before the first day of use. After this time, transfers are no longer possible. To transfer a ticket, contact Guest Services at billeterie@skivsc.com.

11Are tickets purchased at the end of the season still valid next year?

Yes, however, they will need to be reactivated, and fees may apply if there is a price difference. Visit customer service to reactivate your tickets.

12Do you offer rebates for night time ski or for certain days of the week?

Yes! Tuesday and Sunday evening discounts are still available. Visit our ticket office for more information.

13Can I get a refund if I hurt myself after purchasing a subscription?

A credit note will be applied to your account upon presentation of a medical note and proof of purchase, to be sent to customer service at billeterie@skivsc.com.

14Can I exchange my night time subscription for a full time subscription?

Yes, please visit customer service before December 15th to exchange your item and pay the difference in price.

15When is my subscription valid until?

Your subscription is valid from the date of purchase until April 31.

16Do you offer promotions for large groups?

Yes. To schedule a group visit, please contact our sales department at ticketing@skivsc.com.

17How do I refill my RFID card?

Log in to your profile on our online ticketing platform and select the desired ticket. Complete your transaction to top up your card. For any questions, contact us at billeterie@skivsc.com.

19Can I bring my own food?

Food is welcome in our Lunch Box section. Microwaves are available to heat up your meals. Please note that alcoholic beverages are prohibited on site. The Resto-Bar Le Pitch offers a selection of drinks.

20 Do you have charging stations for electric vehicles?

Yes, we have 4 terminals compatible with all types of electric vehicles.

21Do you rent equipment?

Yes, equipment rental is available in the Service Chalet. You can also reserve your equipment online.

22Do you offer discounts for equipment rental if we stay in your accommodations?

Yes, several options are available. Contact us at hebergement@oxygenstcome.com for more information.

23Are handicapped skiers eligible for rebates?

We offer an adapted ski program. For more information, visit our dedicated adapted skiing page.

24Do you have a refund policy for unforeseen weather conditions?

25What do I do if I lose my pass or ticket?

Please bring your proof of purchase to customer service. Fees may apply.

26Do you offer ski or snowboarding lessons?

27Do you organize events or special activities?

Yes! Check out our events calendar to make sure you don’t miss any of the season’s activities.

Yes, we offer snowshoe trails accessible from the Val Saint-Come Hotel.

29Can I rent a chalet or a room near the slopes?

Of course! Consult our lodging website to find the best option for your stay.

31Are dogs allowed?

Dogs are allowed at the base of the mountain, but are not allowed on the lifts.
