Job description
Grow and leave your mark
Reporting to the Food Service Director, the busser and sanitation attendant performs a range of tasks to ensure guest comfort in line with the establishment’s policies and procedures.
Responsibilities
At the heart of the action
- Clear, wash and wipe tables after guests leave.
- Set up tables and chairs in the dining rooms at opening and closing.
- Bring dirty dishes to the dishpit and wash the trays.
- Empty the bins and take the garbage to the waste containers.
- Clean the restrooms and restock them with sanitary supplies.
- Keep the food service stocked, rotate products and maintain overall cleanliness.
- Help de-ice the site to keep guests and staff safe.
- Report any irregularities in the condition of the premises.
- Follow hygiene and food safety standards.
- Any other related tasks.
Qualifications
What we’re looking for
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Standing and walking throughout the shift; lifting and carrying loads; kneeling, pushing, pulling and lifting.
- Punctual, honest and autonomous.
- Attentive to cleanliness and hygiene standards.
